Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Teo Boon Transport Pte Ltd for your transportation needs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our bus charter services.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only upon:
● Receipt of full payment or deposit (as agreed), and
● Issuance of a booking confirmation by Teo Boon Transport Pte Ltd

2. Cancellation by Customer

2.1 Cancellation Notice & Refund Entitlement

Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following terms:
More than [14] days before scheduled trip: Full refund (excluding administrative fees, if any)
Between [7–14] days before scheduled trip: 75% refund of total booking fee
Less than [7] days before scheduled trip: No refund will be provided
Same-day cancellation or no-show: Strictly non-refundable

2.2 Administrative Fees

A processing/administrative fee of SGD5 may be deducted from all eligible refunds.

3. Amendments to Booking

● Requests for changes (e.g., date, time, pick-up/drop-off locations) must be made at least [14 days] in advance.
● Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
● No refunds will be issued if amendments result in a lower service value than originally booked.

4. Cancellation by Teo Boon Transport Pte Ltd

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, manpower issues, force majeure), customers will be offered:
● A full refund, or
● An alternative arrangement of equal value (subject to availability)

Teo Boon Transport Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from such cancellations.

5. Delays & Service Interruptions

● While we strive to ensure punctuality, delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
● Refunds will not be provided for delays unless deemed significant and solely caused by Teo Boon Transport Pte Ltd.

6. No Refund Scenarios

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
● Passenger no-show
● Late arrival resulting in reduced service time
● Changes made during the trip that shorten the duration of service
● Dissatisfaction due to factors outside of our control (e.g., traffic, weather)

7. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
● Natural disasters
● Government regulations or restrictions
● Pandemics or public health emergencies

8. Refund Processing

● Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
● Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
