Admin / Office Assistant

Main Duties:

  • You will be handling general office admin duties/chores (typing, invoicing, filing, answer calls, order taking, basic accounting, etc).
  • Upon training, you will also handle route management and driver coordination.

 

Qualities:

    • Self starter.  Multi-tasker.
      • Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
      • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with drivers of different race and nationality.
      • Basic accounting experience/knowledge will be an advantage.

       

      Salary:  Dependent on your qualification and experience.
      Location: Work place will be at Yishun.
      Interview: Only short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview.
